Managing Your Subscription

Access Billing Portal

From your dashboard, click on your profile menu and select "Billing" or look for the "Manage Billing" button in your subscription card.

Update Subscription

In the billing portal, you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Cancel your subscription
  • View upcoming charges
  • Modify billing cycle (if available)

Subscription Changes

Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade to a higher tier plan:

  • Changes take effect immediately
  • Prorated billing for the current period
  • Instant access to all new features
  • No service interruption
Downgrading Your Plan

When you downgrade your plan:

  • Changes apply at next billing cycle
  • Continue with current features until cycle ends
  • Receive credit for unused portion
  • Email notification before changes take effect
Canceling Your Subscription

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Service continues until end of billing period
  • No further charges after cancellation
  • Data remains accessible in read-only mode
  • Can reactivate anytime

Payment Issues & Troubleshooting

Common Payment Issues

Payment Failed

If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry multiple times over several days. Update your payment method in the billing portal to resolve the issue.

Card Declined

Contact your bank to ensure international transactions are enabled and sufficient funds are available. Try using a different payment method if the issue persists.

Billing Address Mismatch

Ensure the billing address matches exactly with your bank records. Update the address in your billing portal if needed.

Unexpected Charges

Review your billing history in the customer portal. Charges may include prorations for plan changes or failed payment retry fees.
